Impassive Roads Clause signed on January 20, 2020, Local 19 signed letter of intent. According to a press release, the agreement is reached with the main body of the Calgary Board of Education Staff Association and its professional category. It is retroactive until August 2017 and expires on August 31, 2020. Wage negotiations could resume under the agreement in 2019-20. If your bargaining unit has not entered into negotiations with your school jurisdiction, employers cannot change arbitrary pay or working conditions.
