As a result, MEDDCO AMBULANCE is only an intermediary that provides online marketplace services, and the Service Provider application is just one platform on which the transport service provider offers transport services to users when executing the contract and registering and accepting the customer`s terms on the portal by users. 3.2 The driver must correctly make all bookings allocated in connection with the Services and immediately inform MEDDCO AMBULANCE, through a quick courier service/phone calls, of any changes/deviations in the booking that may affect the delivery of the service. 2. MEDDCO AMBULANCE rejects all assurances and guarantees to the transport service provider: of any kind, whether it is fitness, the suitability, quality, cleavage and research capacity for MEDDCO AMBULANCE devices, the service provider`s application and portal, or the services provided via the Service Provider app on the portal, and therefore denies liability, whether civil, criminal, unauthorized or otherwise, arising from the use and access of the MEDCO AMBULANCE device. (ii) violation of all Schedule B commitments in the level of service; “Request for service” means a customer`s request on the portal to benefit from the service offered by the driver. “subscription contract,” the agreement between MEDDCO AMBULANCE and the driver/operator, under which the driver/operator has agreed to provide transportation services in accordance with these T-C drivers, as amended from time to time. “Operator” means a transport service provider who has introduced himself and his fleet of vehicles on the portal to provide customers with services through the drivers employed by the operator. A transport service provider, who is an ambulance operator, rents vehicles and wishes to list himself and his fleet on the portal, whose information is in Appendix A (“vehicles”) to provide users of the portal with transport services by the vehicle or vehicles. The transport service provider represented the transport service provider`s compliance with the eligibility criteria attached to Schedule D and compliance with all applicable laws for the provision of transport services through the portal. OR a transport service provider who is a driver who wishes to display himself and his vehicle on the portal whose information is listed in Appendix A (“vehicles”) to provide users of the portal with transport services through his or her vehicles. The transport service provider represented the transport service provider`s compliance with the eligibility criteria attached to Schedule D and compliance with all applicable laws for the provision of transport services through the portal. The MEDDCO ambulance and the transport service provider are referred to as the “party” and collectively “parties” as the following. Exhibits “A,” “B,” “C” and “D” are collectively called “exhibitions.” 2.1 You accept that the role of MEDDCO AMBULANCE is limited to being a marketplace exclusively for the management and operation of the service display portal in the manner unilaterally defined by MEDDCO AMBULANCE, cash or portfolio payment recovery to facilitate transactions between you and customers.
As a result, MEDDCO AMBULANCE is just an intermediary that offers online marketplace services, and the portal is just a platform on which you have to offer a service to customers. The contract for the use of the service is a contract exclusively between you and the customer. MEDDCO AMBULANCE must not at any time have any obligations or commitments relating to this contract.
